I have an interview tomorrow morning with an internet company and I'm unsure of how to dress.

I'm 24 and it's an entry level position. I scoped out the location today and noticed that everyone was wearing untucked polos and jeans. Several guys also had beards.

I have no problem rocking a coat and tie but obviously don't want to over do it. Was thinking maybe a button-down dress shirt and pressed khakis.

Would also like to gauge opinion on facial hair; my beard is very short and kempt. My father is a traditionalist and thinks I should shave it off for the interview but my friends think I should keep it (I have a baby face and look 15 without it).

Would love to hear your thoughts.

Wear a suit, beard is fine as long as it is neat.

DO NOT wear a button down and khakis. You don't work there yet.

Nice suit, pressed shirt in a bright color. Tie is optional depending on whether they're a more "traditional" workplace or are going for a more laid back hipster atmosphere.

Depending on your particular style, you might even consider a throwback blue button-up with a white collar and red suspenders. Coffee cup is optional, but you'd have to play it 95% deadpan and sincere to pull it off.
