I'm currently doing this routine- http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/core9.htm and the gym that I started goign to doesn't have cables with enough weight. I love pull throughs but what can I do to replace them? Today I did straight leg dead lifts instead, any other suggestions?

    Thanks,
    Mike Hart

RDL's, GHR's, strap bands to the cable rack and do the stack with those.

    Thanks,

Thanks man. I think i'm going to do the RDLs but do you think its alright to do them right after deads on this day?

    1. [*] Lighter Squats (back squats or front squats for 5x5 or 4x10 with the same weight)
[*] Deadlifts (conventional deadlifts or deadlifts standing on 2-3" box, mat, or 100lb plate - 1rm, 3rm, 5rm, or 3x5 same weight, )
[*] Pullthroughs (3-5 sets of 10-12, some arched back, some rounded back)
[*] Glute Ham Raises or Hamstring Curls followed by Leg Extensions (2 sets each)
      [*] Weighted Hyperextensions (2-3x10-12)
[*] Weighted Abs/ Obliques (5x10 total - weighted sit-ups, ab pull-downs on high cable or with bands, dumbbell side bends, etc.)

    Thanks,
    Mike Hart

I don't know WTF is happening here but fwiw I just stick a 20kg plate on the pin. Have you tried this? Seems kinda obvious but thought I'd throw it in there.

 Yeah I pin extra plates to the stack sometimes, especially on the cable row.

    Thanks,
