What to note when making a food diary?

    I think imma start one, but do you really think you need to get note all the gram so sodium or whatever else doesn't really seem all to benefical?? Kind of a retarded question, prolly common sense even, but I wanna be really draconian about this........

    Fat
    Saturated Fat
    Carbs
    Fiber Carbs
    Sugar


    what else would be worthy of noting, if anything else?

    I just do cals/fat/carbs/protein

    Easy enough that I actually keep doing it instead of burning out after a week ;)
