What to look for when buying fish oil?

    What do u guys look for?...im currently using gnc 1000mg capsules with epa 180mg and dha 120. Whats good, bad etc.

    You can't go wrong with NOW in a pinch. Easy and cheap- Spring Valley or Rexall at Wal-Mart.

    those are the same ones I take, from Costco. No difference which brand, just take enough. People vary, some say 3-5g per day, others even more.

    Go with NOW Foods Super EPA or the Wonderlabs are also good, don't buy the cheap shit - you get what you pay for.

    gnc's fish oil doesn't actually have 1000mg in it. look in the back

    I've been using Optimum Nutrition brand for about 7 months now, so far so good :dunno:
