What to eat???

    Ok, so I'm trying to get bigger and cut. I've been lifting every other day for a while now. I have not done any cardio for a while now because of a knee injure but I will in about 2 weeks. but my regular diet doesn't really include a lot of protien, except for meat and sometimes fish. What should I try to eat every day for protien? maybe boiled eggs every day, natural peanut butter? I don't really want to take any supplements. I just want to lose fat and gain more muscle. I've lost some fat and I can see my abs but the fat that is left is really hard to lose, its taking a while. These are my stats..
    age: 18
    weight: 150
    height: 5'5''
    bench: 225

    You're problem is you want to get bigger and cut. Pick one or the other. Since you're kinda new to this id bulk to atleast 200. Try to get as much protien as you can from foods like tuna and chicken. Id shoot for 200 grams of protien and 4000 calories. Then cut.

    yeah, he should have no problems putting on 50 lbs on a 5'5 frame

    is 200 some magic number or something? i see everyone say >>"dude bulk until 200" . i would not suggest this guy to bulk until 200...hes only 5'5".

    Sorry missed the 5'5", you have to change your lifestlyle if you want to get big,you cant just go to the gym once a week and type on F&N

    I've been working out for about a year now I started benching 135 now I'm at 225, I've made progress on all my lifts but slow. Now I'm just looking to change my diet. Trying to figure out what too eat and how much.

    can someone explain about cutting? From what I've read is you take in very few calories until you reach your goal?

    I'm 5ft 5 and 303lbs with less than 40% body fat

    You can do it too if you just bulk
