Have a run tommorow at 11am. What should I eat for breakfast?
mix of complex and simple carbs, a bit of protein
=some mac and cheese with some tuna in it....
also a good idea is to have coffee in the morning.. It stimulates you and can also help you "make a movement" before the run..
I wouldn't do the mac, too much fat
