What to do?

    So as you may or may not know, my gym membership expired. They finally caught me on it this past Friday. So I am w/o a gym. I am thinking that with college in 3.5weeks, I will take a break from the gym. What should my nutrition be like to keep the same muscle/weight during these weeks?

    you are bound to lose mass taking 3.5 weeks off. keep maintenance and do something like the thug workout - or find a place that'll give you a one-month membership
