    so i recently started lifting again, used to lift a lot in high school but havent done much of any lifting since then. Mostly i just want to gain weight and muscle, around 20-30lbs. i want to do this to try out for football this year. i weigh 180 now any suggestions on what supplements that work well, and anything else.

    eat lots of food and move heavy weights around in compound motions.
