So I got into a car accident about two weeks ago and I broke two ribs and punctured my lung. I usually ran about 2.5 miles a day before that. I dont want to get out of shape and just rot because I have to train for Cross Country. What kind of things can I do? I was thinking about riding a bike or stationary bike becuase my shoulder is a mess too.

I would ask your doctor to give you a time frame for recovery before you start running with one good lung.

Relax and hope for a quick recovery. Take the time off and let your body focus on healing itself first.
