What to do for sore arms (guy on top)

    Guys, girls...whoever can give me an answer.

    My arms get really tired when I am on top. To the point where I have to change positions. I had my hands palm down and it was painful/stressful after a short amount of time. I haven't tried it yet but it seems if I make a fist and support myself that way it may help a bit.

    Is there anything to do to avoid this? Is it something I will get used to and adapt to? I like to take my time and not rush things and I guess I am taking too long. I'm not out of shape, if anything I'm in pretty good shape.

    What did you guys do or you girls notice your guy did to last longer on top without worrying about the arms.

    man up? goto the gym :p

    on a real note, change positions, get her working on top :p, rotate between resting on your elbows (like right angles leaning on them which makes u closer to her as well) and further away on your palms, and you should be good,

    use a softer surface?

    but for real, the same happens to me sometimes, I tend to just do the fist thing, and also alternating arms and also on your elbows/forearms.

    i'm somewhat in shape, my last set of deadlifting is 365, i can curl 50's slow and neat being seated, dumb bell row 90 pounds, stiff leg dead lift (good mornings) 265 on my last set.

    i just get tired, easy fella's. i'll try alternating.

    as gay as it may sound it reminds me of the motorcycle, once i got it my wrists and back were so sore i thought it was me. little while later im used to it and i can ride for a long time.

    my hands are fucked up from injury, so cant do that normal position for more then 5 mins

    kneel and sit straight up or rest on your forearms

    yeah, laying on top of her supported by your elbows works well. Not only do your triceps get a rest, but it feels really good too. Just don't crush her.

    Yeah, my roommates ex girlfriend had....I think it was systic fibrosis (sp)? And it hurt her really bad to do really any position besides missionary.
