What time do you usually detail cars at?

    I have to do it around 7 when the sun is almost all the way down... then i dont have time to wax and polish.

    anyone have the luxury of shade or indoors?

    I wash mine indoors, so it doesn't matter to me. :wiggle:

    Do you have some sort of tent to protect the cars from the hot sun scott?

    i do mine @ ~9 after the gym when its still cool out and by the time it gets hot i move into my garage

    No tent. Most of the ones I've checked into a real bulky and I'd need some heavy bases for each pole since the Dallas area is very windy at times. I can normally find shade, but not always. Luckily, I can use Clearkote products in the sun.

    I do use sunscreen and a baseball cap to protect myself from the sun though.
