    What's up Broly Crew!

I'm wondering if anybody has any insight to what's going on with my weight?

    Little background...

Grew up skinny. Couldn't gain weight. Finally in my mid 20's I start to bulk up a little. I'm 6' tall, and weighed ~190lbs. No six pack, but pretty lean.

After I met my wife, I let myself get to ~195lbs and soft/pudgy.

I've been hitting the weights for the past few months. I've noticed I'm starting to gain my bulk back, and my belly is going away.

But every few days I gain/lose 5 lbs? Is this normal?

On Saturday I weighed myself. 185lbs. Normal weekend, nothing crazy. This morning? 190lbs. In a few days I'll be 185lbs again. yet, am changing nothing about my diet or how I work out.

    Are these random flucuations normal?

    :eek3:

weigh yourself post piss and pre breakfast every day.

You will put a few pounds on over the course of the day as you rehydrate from lost water during sleep. Also, lots of soidum+carbs before bed will retain more water and will show on the scale the next day.

And you shouldnt be weighing yourself daily.

i can vary 3-5 lbs when i weight myself depending on what time of the day it is, if i have recently eaten, worked out, etc...lots of variables

you're best off weighing yourself at the same time every day/week

I've been doing it post piss/shower/nude before breakfast.

    Maybe a 5 lb fluctuation isn't a big deal.

5lb's is nothing just make sure you weigh yourself at the same time in the same state of body like at most twice a week. dont weigh yourself everyday unless youre a wrestler worried about weight. like me :wtc:

I can't speak for anybody else...

I weigh myself several times a week. Always at the same time: Post piss/shower/naked.
