What the hell do you guys eat when you're cutting?

    My goal for the next week is to really give my diet an overhaul because I never really keep track of what I actually it :o

    I signed up for fitday to keep a log now I just need to play with it and figure it all out.

    My diet now consists of lots of oats, wheat pasta, chicken, protein shakes, but I also cheat quite a bit, sometimes ordering pizza or some other "fast" but incredibly unhealthy shit :o

    I feel like I've put on a lot of muscle since last April and I'm down 30lbs from where I started but I want to lose 30 more and for the last few monthes I've been lacking on cardio and not eating very well.

    Advice?

    eggs, turkey burgers, hamburger patties, chicken, salads, olive oil, coconut oil, fish oil, steak, protein pudding, tuna in sunflower oil, salmon, almonds,

    I guess I really just need to portion out my meals and find out how many calories I'm eating because I eat 90% of that crap :o

    protein pudding is something i'm experimenting with. Any favorite mixes?

    I use the Vitamin Shoppe brand. I like the chocolate and vanilla. I mix the vanilla with a scoop of banana creme desert from BSN and eat it when I wake up in the middle of the night.

    tuna, chicken breasts, brown rice, oatmeal, whole grains


    My "clean" diet is very boring and unappealing. With a little creativity though, you can make just about anything taste good.

    vanilla fat free,sugar free jello instant pudding mix + 15 oz of skim + 2 scoops of ON whey= ownage and a half
