What the fuck man. No matter what my bodyfat is my arms DONT HOLD WATER....BUT

    my fucking legs and lower back do. so do my lower 2 abs obviously.

    Yet theres veins running through my shoulders/biceps etc.

    Most people and calipers tell me im 7-8%, while I have an 8 pack pretty much and ridiculous veins through my arms my legs ALWAYS hold water, I've never had a fucking COMPLETE teardrop, NOR do I have the typical lower stomach veins.......How fucking low do I have to get to shed back and leg fat and see those veins in my stomach?

    I guess lower huh?

    veins that run up from my cock up to my lower 2, lower 2 are visible but could be a little more.

    No, running is for gays. I dont need to run to lower my BF%, sucks for people that do, they dont know how to diet. not to mention if all these people running these catabolic miles trained with me for an hour they'd probably be on the ground dying and out of breath

    Same boat.
    Vascularity through my shoulders, traps, chest and upper back is awesome, legs hold a lot of my weight and despite playing sports and dieting in the past, I don't have the same density or vascularity in my legs.

    people store fat/hold water in different parts of their body

    2 ways to improve the look though:

    1- get leaner (duh)
    2- add muscle to the areas... you will still hold water/fat there but with the added muscle, those trouble areas will more defined. This is exactly what I did (for example - my knee to hip area holds a lot of fat/water. My legs looked big but didn't have much definition, even when I could see my abs pretty easily. I started pounding front squats and now I have SICK tear drops and my lower thighs are much more defined even though I'm at the same body fat. I first started seeing the cuts when I could front squat 235 for 4 sets of 4-10 reps (after hamstring workout on same day). (i can do much more than this now btw)
