This is what pisses me off most about trying to read about working out. Everybody says something different. Recently, I've been reading a LOT about losing weight. So I have a routine and now I read this article: http://www.mensfitness.com/fitness/71 You guys are telling me to work out different muscles on different days, but mens fitness says this So basically, according to them, I should have full-body workouts everyday, instead of different muscles, different days. Also, they say this: and like it says, I've always thought that I should do low weight, high reps... but apparently not. What do you guys say about this?
