Howecome if you were to draw a straight line down my traps it would go to the outside of my delts?

I haven't seen many pics of people's traps that are like that. Do I need to do more delt work, back work, both, or is this just how my genetics are?

It looks like my traps flow into my delts.

Looking at this pic I'm thinking I need to work on my delts.

honestly, based on the pic you posted, it looks like bad posture or a bad pose.

The black guy you posted is not only a monster, but he's also standing up straight with perfect posture - shoulders back and out.

You look hunched over forward, with your shoulders rotated down and into your chest.

But if you don't think thats the case, then yeah, do more shoulder work.

I'm not really seeing much of a problem. Stand up straight, relax, and then take a pic. You look pretty proportional.

jmezz....looking good. But I agree with everyone else here. You look like you're doing a crab or most muscular pose and then comparing your structure to someone standing erect. :dunno:

My traps will look that way when I hunch over as well. Standing up straight though, with them flexed, there is definitive seperation.

What does your shoulder/trap routine look like?

Also your clavicles point downwards towards the middle rather than across as Jackson has...that's genetics.
I always wondered if that meant narrower shoulders. :dunno:

yeah looks like its your frame...

you can try to off set the "look" by developing bigger shoulders muscles...

speakin of guys with narrow clavicles, a while back I was reading something that Jay Cutler had posted, and he said for chest development, guys with narrow clavicles should mostly stick to pressing movements, and guys with wide clavicles should mostly do Fly type movements, but then again Jay has practically straight clavicles and he does lots of presses so who knows. Just food for thought.
