What Supp's should I buy?

    I am a senior in college.... 6'0-6'1ish.... 195 lbs, athletic build. I want to put on some more muscle mass and get over 200 lbs, but stay as lean as i am now. Optimum whey protein is a definite (used it before)...basically, creatine is prolly what i ll add in with that.

    What creatine should i get?

    Optimum CGT, Optimum monohydrate, Sans v12, or maybe like a CEE pill (4 per serving)

    A good Multi, EFA's, and some good whey which you are already getting are the essentials in my book.

    I use ADAM, Omega 3-6-9 and a fish oil, and ON Whey and Casein.

    Keep your diet and and workouts as the priority. That may sound stupidly obvious, but so many people think since they are taking a ton of supplements that they can lack in their intensity and eat shit.

    If you wanan stay lean, get soem sort of AAS, if not, grow a pair of fucking balls and just eat
