  1. Yea man. Want to speed up the process at the gym.

I only been going like once or twice a week while at school cause I got lazy. But now school is over and I am gonna make it my primary focus now.

Some background info on me is that I am like 6 foot, 245 lbs. I can put up like 330-340 on the bench. But definitly want to lose wieght. I mean i got a lot of muscle, but a lot of fat too.

I bought a small bottle of Lipo-6 the other day cause I heard that was good. But besides that, what if anything should I look into? I want to gain even more muscle, and lose fat at the same time....

well this question has been answered SO many times man

  11. yea man im an athlete. Deadlift is like 450.

    No videos or anything.

I was really into working out in HS, then got lazy in college and only went to the gym once or twice a week. I maintained my strength pretty well but I just gained a lot of fat.

We've got no problem helping you out, as long as you aknowledge the stickies/archives and see if your questions are not answered there.
Pick up whey protein (Optimum Nutrition chocolate is the standard... don't shop at GNC, get it at bulknutrition.com or vitaminshoppe or check the stickies for a good deal)

Creatine Ethyl Ester (or creatine monohydrate, doesn't matter) -- doesn't matter what brand

    multi-vitamin (centrum is fine)

Fuck fat loss supplements. Just take some caffeine if you need it.

    Read the "Nutrition EDU" sticky

clean up your diet, do cardio, and spend some time on here, read a magazine (Men's Health is actually pretty good), and get into a HABIT of being on a diet.

Check out the bodybuilding routine in the sticky.

You very well may see some strength loss while cutting weight, but hey, it happens.

Stay away from NO-Xplode and other fucking Nitric Oxide gimmicks.

There... this should be a good start for you.

Nobody finds the 80 dollar 15 day cycle of muscle tech even a little bit amusing?
