what supplements do you take?

    I'm wondering if I am missing anything in my supplement routine.

    morning: 1g flax seed oil, 1 multivitamin, 500 mg of vit C

    1 hr before working out: 2 tbsp of creatine monohydrate

    after working out: 2 scoops of whey protein, 1 g flax seed oil

    am I missing anything? what do you guys take?

    - Ephedrine/Caffeine taken at: 50mgE/200c premorning cardio, 25/200 lunch, 50/200 prelift

    im not on and havent been since may 05...mostly habit...oh an the aspirin in all the percs i chew on the weekend ...was that out loud?

    Concetrated Electrolyte Water (added to post workout protein shake)
    This other powder which i forget the name of this minute (added to post workout protein shake)
    + whatever vitamins my holistic doc has me on at time

    Isn't the recommended dosage closer to 1 teaspoon? 2 tablespoons (6 times as much) seems kinda high.

    /kinda new to supplementing

    I used to use creatine mono for ~6 months. I'm going without it for 6 months to see if there's a difference :dunno:
