i'm reading up on CEE...same effects?
I would avoid CEE right now until more results are known about it.
Also... nothing replaces hard work in the gym! Before concerning yourself about the supplements, make sure you are doing absolutely everything you can in the gym.
i know...but i don't want to bust my ass just to learn that my muscles are "under-fed".
again, i don't have enough time in the day to eat as i should.
you should really stop posting.
you can workout all you want, without the right diet you wont see the results you want.
no need for him to stop posting. he's giving his personal input and it's appreciated.
opinion doesnt matter when it comes to giving factual information.
you need to eat right in order to get the results you're looking for.
i would suggest against supps and use that money for food until you know what you're doing.
oh and everyone here has heard the "i dont have time" excuse but we all know its BS. you can prepare food and put it in tupperware, bring a cooler in your car and always have enough food available. shakes take a couple minutes to prepare and about 1 minute to put down and can give you upwards of 1000 calories.
theres no real excuse to not eat except working in a hospital on 36 hour shifts.
oh and dont eat your protein shakes in water, you could put it in milk and get more calories, a couple hundred atleast.
i can afford food, i just don't have the time to eat it that much.
i dont recall saying you cant afford it, i just told you that you do have enough time, you're just trying to justify not eating right.
your body, not mine, dont expect results without the right diet though.
man...you don't know my day, you don't know my routine.
i can eat 3 times/day. i wake up at 6:00 a.m. and my day is full from then. that extra two times is NOT in the schedule.
that stuff tastes horrendous.
guess you're SOL
ends with bol... can't think of the exact name
how you like cee so far christoph?
Can anyone give me a list of the "essential"(best) supplements one should be taking when working out? I don't really are about the taste either.
whey protein and multivits are essential imo
CEE, ON whey 100%, Fish Oil, One a day multivitamins
me to which vitamin
