Whey, i guess. Although I could just eat more food..it's convenient

only because it helps you deal with the pressures of f&n so you are able to sleep at night
I can tell a difference in my body if I don't take any protein compared to taking a shake before my workout and one right after.
Aside from protein....creatine mono.
Simple whey protein.

Hard to tell, the period that I had the most gains I was supplementing protein, creatine, and taking Primal and Xtend.
