    Which multi is everyone using ? Tryin to pick a good one at a decent price, also is it a good idea to take glucosamine if im gonna be using a bunch of ankle weights and stuff while walking around everyday ? The one thing im worried about with it is that the effects are going to wear off once I stop taking it and my joints will be fucked on the months I cant afford the extra supplements. So far I have purchased ON 100% Whey per reading a bunch of the stuff in here. And I also take green tea extract (just started a couple days ago).
