As the title says which split do you think has given you the best results?

I was doing upper/lower/rest/upper/lower/rest for a while which felt great but it just wore me out.

all of them, its not the routine, its the persons drive and diet...to a point anyway. Doing 7 sets of pushups doesnt get you huge. But even if you did a low volume routine but dieted right you would still gain lbm and look better.

Its all in your goals, thats the part you all forget to figure out first.

i like full body the best, but that's just me.

I haven't seen much results on anything because i suck at the diet part and sleeping... but i hit weights with everything i got because i love it, and i eat a lot of food... i just eat shitty food so i look like shit :noes:

gained 11 lbs in the last 4 months though, minimal bodyfat gain :dunno:

I've done all kinds of shit, and most of it has worked. The keys are good nutrition and busting your ass. Although I haven't trained for looks in years.

The ones I enjoyed doing, because like pur said its how much you put into it.
If I enjoy the split and routine I am going to push myself more.
