What sort of body fat calipers should I get? v.doesitmakeadifference

    I don't know if it really matters what sort of caliper you get, but I guess there must be good brands and bad brands like anything else :dunno: What do you guys use?

    I just have a trainer at my gym give me a caliper test when I want one done.

    I have the accu-measure cheapies. They work fine. It might not be exact (what at home method is?), but it is a great tool for measuring progress and lettin gyou know a ballpark number.

    If the skinfold measurements are up, I'm getting fatter, if they are going down, I'm getting leaner. I don't care so much about the actual number than I do with the progress I am making.

    exacty. As long as you measure the same way every time (and your calipers don't completely suck), that's all that really matters.
