    weight loss :dunno:

not trying to insult you man, no hate bro, but if i was "bigger" i'd just rock clean, normal shit (t shirts, jeans, etc)... if you're large and in charge i dont think a certain style is gonna help too much, good looking clothes arent made in too big of a size.

traditional button ups are usually pretty boxy in the body and can hide your weight well

well it mainly depends how big ur gut is and if you have man boobs...all I can tell you is you need to try things on and make sure they fit right....I used to be 290 and have since lost close to 100 pounds...but advice I can give you from being bigger at 1 point...and kinda still... is dress shirts will look good, dont wear overly baggy clothes even though you think it might hide your "bigness" it just makes you look even bigger....and try things on! Do not buy anything that looks "ok" make sure it FITS right...like I said, depending on your size you can try Express, there shirts run really big...calvin klein, DKNY most designer brands carried by macys will probably have a size in most things for you...upscale brands like burberry, prada, gucci will be harder to find things in a good size

Good fit is of the upmost importance, and more smart casual (shirts, button downs etc) tend to look better - and even semi-fitted shirts can look a damm site better than overly loose clothing.

Used to be a 40 waist and am now 34 and so many more options are available. Plus I feel better. Still a fat bastard with huge thighs on here though.

    Good stuff mate.

Way i see it the odd day like that doesn't matter in the scheme of things. As long as you eat healthy and exercise most of the time, then really, odd day out is needed for your sanity.

I'm 6'4" @ 240 about to be at 215..YET, with that being said...check out tasso elba and tommy bahama...I've found that they have a lot of designs friendly to the larger sized cats.
