If you were in my shoes with this being your first pistol and you don't know what to upgrade first, what would you do?

(Aside from more range time, which is obvious)

Yea, a glock would be my pick, but this gun was willed to me so I kinda feel bad selling it :noes:

Either of these is likely a better decision than any "upgrades" you can purchase.

I was going to say SBR it, but it is the wrong p90.

Although technically the p90 is the sbr version

Well, depends on your expectations. Those guns generally won't stop shooting for anything short of a dunk in a smelter.

There is no aftermarket really to speak of. While not the worst guns in the world, if you feel that the performance of the Ruger is limiting you, then I'd just keep it as a truck gun, or sell and buy something else. Dumping money into it seems like a perfect lesson in false economics to me.

Not the P90 I was expecting. I like Ruger for a lot of things, but automatic pistols is not one of them.

Just get some mags and a holster.

Keep it, it is what it is. They are solid, reliable guns, just ugly and heavy. Just don't drop money into it and save up for something else if it's not enough for you.
