I've noticed that I don't always have that tight feeling in my major muscle groups. I'm not all blown out tired after a workout anymore. Should I feel blown up after i work out each day, or is that just part of my body adjusting? I have changed up the workout a bit, and doing the same old 5 sets of 8 reps, not lifting to failure, but close. Any thoughts? Do I need to add more sets, or more variety?
