I've been working out in a pretty consistent fashion...but I eat fast food at least 3-4 times a week. I think this is slowing me down from seeing any results so I would like to know what you guys usually eat/pick up from the grocery store. Easy things only please =)

I don't know if you're in college or not, but I don't have the time to make this stuff on time everyday and keep up with every meal; nor do I have the room for all this shit; nor do I want to put the effort into making some of these things (baked sweet potatoes, rice, chicken--you use a stove, right? Fuck that.); nor do I want to buy all this shit and stack it to the ceiling in my dorm.

    Any other suggestions?

Ok. Tell me if I'm wrong but basically, what you're saying is "I want to something but I don't want to make any effort, what should I do?".

dude, i have class startin at 7 :30 in the morning. I go to the gym at 6, get ready after that, and go to class. After that I have another class. Then i go to work till about 4, then another class. Then volunteer, then another research position. I'm done at about 8, then I study or do something with my friends. My day is scheduled from 6am- 8pm, after which i do more stuff after 8, be it study or hang out or go to club meetings, etc. That's my life monday through friday basically. I have time, there's people here on F&N that are even more busy that I am, people in med school and grad school, people with families. The only leeway you get is that it's a little harder in the dorms, but most of us went through that, too.

we all manage it, stop whining

and NoQuarter, youre not a mod anymore...why are you being so nice? :greddy:

Basically, I don't need/want to eat like Mr. Olympia because I don't want to be as broly as some of you on here.
Typical total moronic/stupid/completely wrong analysis from you.:ugh:
Please, sir, show me exactly where I was whining because I distinctly remember typing my post, and I don't remember any whining at all; but since you know better, please show me.:cjerk: And I also don't remember asking for a detailed description of your life. I am not impressed, you arrogant douche.:greddy:

I was wondering when lif was going to contribute to this thread, and he finally came through. You should post more. I'm sure lots of people find your opinions helpful.

P.S. I would take you more serious if you had a sub, cheap-fuck.

 typical response, attacking the sub. I don't give helpful opinions to people unworthy of them, albeit from what basal knowledge I do have.
But man, 'what should I eat' is pretty simple knowledge that if you do any reading on any nutrition site like say, i dunno, the stickies here. You'd have a general idea of how to go about things.
