What should I eat if I'm doing a lot more cardio?

I used to go biking 100 miles a week, now I'm doing 150-200 miles. The usual weight I do in the gym seems noticeably harder now. Squats, bench, everything makes me feel a bit more fatigued than usual and it's harder to do the same amount of reps.

Is there something I need to increase in my diet to compensate for this? Or is it just an unavoidable effect of more cardio?

I know a lot of athletes who just eat ridiculous amounts of food. A girl I'm friends with who trains for triathlons eats more than me and is around 50kg , or 110lb

Are you biking for anything in particular? Or just randomly doing lots of mileage?

You need to be properly hydrating and taking in some carbs/protein during your bike rides. Go read up on endurance training.
