I posted a while ago that I had to take the company picture for work. It came out alright but the background sucks and I want to do something with it. I've been busy so haven't had much time to think about it but people are asking me for it so i want to finish this up. Any ideas?

I haven't CCed the people yet, figured I'd do that after I figure out what to do with the BG.

I've uploaded the RAW file here:

if anyone wants to play around :)x:)

I suck at removing background and such :hs:

And the light stand and sandbag. I know. Couldnt move the car and I had all of 5 minutes to take this shot (And I had to be IN the shot so I had to frame it real quick, give the camera to someone else and jump in)

But what background should I replace it with? This is just a standard company picture, no specific purpose for it.

yeah, that car should have been removed before you even had anyone start standing there.

Unfortunately i think you're going to have to spend a lot of time in post trying to make this thing look decent. Replacing the entire background, which you're probably going to have to do, is going to be tough work to match with the lighting and everything.

Any chance you can just re-shoot somewhere that doesn't have the interest level of zero?

Interesting. I like this idea, although a bit too much glow me thinks.

You could easily do a similar effect with dodge and burn then.
