I posted this in the main forum forgetting we had a home and car audio subforum

I had a set of Logitech Z-2300s that I bought a year ago refurbed. They lasted longer than I expected considering how much I've used them everyday and for parties at 70% volume for 5-6hrs at a time.

The satellites finally died. This was no big deal to me because my parents gave me some old shool Pioneer 3-way bookshelf speakers so I disconnected the wires from the broken logitechs and hooked them up to the pioneers using the logitech sub/amp to drive them.

It's ghetto but they're loud as fuck and sound 1000x better than the logitechs did

but before I throw the satellites away is there anything I can do with them? :dunno:

They cut in and out constantly and you can affect it when you gently press on the cones if that tells you guys anything?

I didn't know if they could be fixed in any way or if I should just toss them in the trash :wiggle:
