What should I do? V.d/t massage

    I have a deep tissue massage appt. tonight at 7. I also am due for legs today, but I get home from work at 4:30 and can start my workout at ~5.

    That normally isn't enough time for me to do a leg workout. So should I take today off, even though I took yesterday off? I doubt it is a good idea to have a workout after a deep tissue massage, I wouldn't know though :dunno:

    I don't want to skip another day. Should I do a short leg day instead, just to get some work in??

    I'd do a short leg day

    because

    a)the last thing I feel like doing after a massage is workout
    b)a massage after a workout is almost as good as sex

    I won't get to the gym until 5. I live 15 10 minutes from my gym... then I have to come home and shower and go to the message parlor by 7 which will be another 15-20 minutes away...

    My leg workouts are usually 1 - 1.5 hrs

    Plus there is a fee if I'm late or don't show up to my massage...
