I have a deep tissue massage appt. tonight at 7. I also am due for legs today, but I get home from work at 4:30 and can start my workout at ~5. That normally isn't enough time for me to do a leg workout. So should I take today off, even though I took yesterday off? I doubt it is a good idea to have a workout after a deep tissue massage, I wouldn't know though I don't want to skip another day. Should I do a short leg day instead, just to get some work in??
