It started huring 8 weeks ago, from extensive walking apparently. It has gottem much better, but I still can't lift and get some pain when going upstairs. It feels like a minuscus, atleast the pain is below my patella. What should I do at this point? I don't have insurance, so going to the doctor is not an option. I've been taking cissus, and it helped but I still cannot work lower body. I'm going fucking crazy here.

Ibuprofen, 600 mg 2x daily. Heating pad and/or hot baths.

if indeed it is a meniscal tear time probably won't heal it. That area has very poor blood flow and usually surgery is the main option. I'd say tough it out as much as you can. I had the surgery and I found that in reality it didn't make me feel that much better.

I doubt it's a tear, if you've only been walking; more likely just general patellar pain and overuse.

focus on constantly keeping the quads/hams tight when walking, and obviously never lock your legs out. Focusing on muscular use will only lessen the amount of pressure on the joint and hopefully the pain will subside with less abuse from everyday wear and tear.
