what should I change on the Bill Starr routine for cutting?

    Looking thru the archived thread there was mention on how it would need to be changed up, but never really clarified what would need to be changed from what I recall. :confused:

    just realize you won't have major gains, and may actually take a loss in strength.

    I'll probably be doing that in 3 weeks :(

    I've been doing Bill Starr while cutting. Ill say this - it's fuckin' hard; by the end of your workout you're really beat. Plus it's frustrating to not see strength gains, especially since running madcow's Bill Starr routine before, my strength really increased.

    well i don't have a shitload of strength to begin with, so hopefully i'll gain a smidge.

    The first time I ran it I could gain on the squats no problem, just don't do too much cardio. Bench for me doesn't go up on anything so :hsughno:

    im assuming your using this routine for strength and althletics, not to look like me, so ya change your diet, no matter how you train your diet will always dictate your Bf..some more then others.

    yeah, not looking to do anything huge, just trim out some fat and maintain or possible gain a smidge of strength/lbm.
