What should I be looking for?

    What is a good goal for muscle gain in a time period. Just trying to guage my progress. For example, if a gain of 5 lbs in a month, would that be too high of a number for it to all be muscle. I'm trying to cleanly bulk, and looking to put on the least amount of fat while doing so.
