what should i be doing pre/post cardio sessions

    interesting question. I really don't know. Before, I do nothing. After...water, water, water. But there has got to be something good before and after.

    I carb up 20-30 minutes before going. I have a protein shake 30-40 minutes after going. I drink 1-2 L of water while there. :dunno:
