I have finally used all of my shakers that I had gotten from 1fast400. The rings always come out of the tops when i wash mine.

Anything new being used by F&N these days?

Whenever i do that it takes like half an hour to mix the why in, cause it bunches up. I just use a blender now, even for the instant shit.

in for answer. i've been using the gnc shaker for a couple of years. it's light years better than the pos 1fast400 shaker, but it leaks all over the god damn place.

I use a martini (or whatever drink you want) shaker for mine. Even has a handy strainer for pouring.

actually, I do have one of those- just used it last night. I like the weight of it, it worked fine. I'm just cheap, so the free ones are fine for me.

I use the ones that i get when i purchase online. I have so many of them i don't think i'll ever buy a shaker.

If i was to purchase one it would definetly be a blender.
