GUN What scope to put on my .17 HMR?

    I'm taking off the Nikon i have on there now. Don't know what i want to replace it with though.

    I don't know if it's better than a nikon, but for the price it's one of the best rimfire scopes out there.

    3-9 is all the power you need. You don't need 25 power magnification at the distances you'd shooting at squirells anyway. I got my dad's 17 marlin zeroed @ 50 yds and I can put all 7 through a dime. Perfect for killing a squirell up to 75.

    I just had a scope laying around when I bought mine. I think it's a Tasco wide view something or other. I didn't really expect much when I mounted it, but when I pull the trigger things almost always die, so I have no complaints.
    The Warne rings are great. One night while I was spotlighting drunk I dropped the gun out the window of my truck, it's still zeroed perfect:rofl
