I am looking for a good cutting routine. What did/do you guys use, and how did you feel about it?
i have this nice silicone cutting board and a set of henkels pro s knives... works well everytime
feel good to know it was money well spent
wow fag, you came out of lurk mode for that?
down the road not across the street
heavy lifting.. lower volume.. lower cals... higher protein
cutting is made in the kitchen, not routine

what did u think i meant brown?
Assuming volume = sets/reps, I thought lower volume was for strength and higher volume for weight loss?
Lower volume - 3-4 sets of 6-8 reps
Higher volume - 3-4 sets of 10-14 reps
Thought I read that in the cutdiet book..
I'll have to go back and find it..
I read it wrong.. actually says 8-12 is for growth, not strength. 12-15 reps for conditioning.
It doesn't really matter what kind of routine you do, cutting is a function of diet.
As far as routine changes, you should typically up your cardio. Everything else is diet. Heavy training + cardio = lots of calories spent.
the same one i used when bulking
i'm going to try an Afterburn type routine next time around, but that won't be for awhile
