For some reason i'm having a hard time making a decision. Not like me.

I want to try some new protein. I'm right now, I'm considering Syntrax Latte Capp., IDS Vanilla Cinnamon, Syntrax Matrix, and BSN syntha-6.

    Why? I can't tell you.

    So... Recommendations?

Their "free" flavoring kinda sucks but it is tolerable. The premium flavors are really good. They just came out with Gemma Protein (protein from peas) which is really cheap is comparable to whey concentrate in terms of quality.

I use the following mixes right now

    (morning shake)
    + FORMULA
    Egg White Protein 40%
    Whey Protein Concentrate 60%
    + Chocolate - FREE/lb
    + Sucralose (Splenda) - FREE/lb
    + **Plain** - FREE/lb

    (Bedtime Shake)
    FORMULA
    Egg White Protein 20%
    Milk Protein Isolate 50%
    Whey Protein Concentrate 30%
    + Strawberry - FREE/lb
    + Sucralose (Splenda) - FREE/lb

    (Postworkout Carbs)
    Maltodextrin
    + Wild Berry - FREE/lb
    + Sucralose (Splenda) - FREE/lb
    + **Plain** - FREE/lb

I had a sample pack of pure Gemma and it mixed really well with water and milk. For some reason if you have it in a custom mix with some other proteins it is harder to mix in milk.

My next order will have Gemma mixed with whey.. i'll let you guys know how it goes.

I've been on ON for the last few years. It's great, but since it's no longer the best bang for your buck by a good margin, I wanna see what else is out there...

trueprotein is where I get all of my protein from now. seriously, they rule. I get Cold Filtrated WPI with strawberries & cream flavoring (mix with oats and tastes like strawberry cheesecake). also have tried chocolate banana, rootbeer float (don't think they have this flavor anymore), and dutch chocolate fudge. all of them rule. I'd recommend going in for 15lbs. or more with a friend though. if you do that and use the code in the current specials sticky, you get 10% off your order. shipping sucks but it's normal. bulk nutrition, bb.com, and all of those retailers spoiled us when it came to shipping costs.

WPI for mornings and/or PWO. 100% micellar casein for night time.

I got the IDS multi pro in vanilla cinnamin, and also got the Optimum 100% casein in banana scream....

Oh, and I placed the order at 4:38, and got the ship confirmation at 4:44.
