what protein, cee, glu, etc to get?

    how do you guys choose what supps to get? there's so many out there. they seem to be all the same.

    By popularity people generally like ON gold standard whey protein (chocolate is #1 seller at most places), cell mass and/or no-xplode as your pre-workout supplement and creatine ethyl ester supplement. I personally do not endorse or recommend NO (ie/ NO-Xplode) products because in my experience they have done NOTHING for me and just burn a hole in my wallet.


    So what do I like?

    Optimum Nitrition whey protein (pretty good taste for a pretty good price), bulk nutrition ethyl ester creatine.

    The only thing you really need is whey protein and the rest is personal preference. You don't necessarily need glutamine or BCAA's, as sufficient protein should be good enough.

    Like Devil said, it's all something you figure out on your own. Everybody has different goals, bodies, preferences, etc.
