    I use crimson editor for C/C++/JAVA
    VS.Net for all my .Net needs.

    Nedit or vi for all programming work. I used EditPadPro on Windows. I use the GIMP for all my graphics needs, which are few.

    I've gotten some weird errors when using it. I would then copy my code to 6.0 and it would work fine.

    Sure do, it loads a hellovalot faster (I'm on a 400 PII), and is great for making quickies (like sendkeying to a netmeet desktop share, or parsing text/files) that I probably wont use again

    parse files in vb is quick?

    try parseing files in perl. ull shit a brick!

    I find Tcl is even better than Perl. Great language for all file related things.
