everything on oink seems to have huge file sizes, because they are awesome quality 320kbps mp3 files.
my ipod mini has limited space, is there a program that will reduce the bitrate to something that is a little more "ipod mini space friendly" bitrate?

there should be an option where itunes will convert everyhting into 128kbps aac before transferring it over.

plug your ipod in and go to preferences.

that window you posted is unique to the ipod shuffle

itunes > preferences > advanced > importing tab

is where you can change import settings

    to add to this...

after you'ce chosen the bitrate of the mp3 you want
select all the files you want to convert
right click and select "Convert to MP3" and it'll process the selected files into whatever bitrate you want.

you can use aac, wav, mp3 whatever you want in the advanced import tab...
