    Power DVD 5, for me.

You're probably burning them incorrectly if they're not working on anything... What are you trying to burn, and with what software?

i can copy dvds fine no problems...

but when i download dvd files...and try to burn them with either dvd shrink, nero, or copytodvd....then always mess up.

dvd shrink will never open up the files (always gives me an error)

nero burns them and when i play them they just freeze/skip

copytodvd always gives me an error right before i burn them and says it may be incompatible, and i go ahead and burn them and it ends up freezing/skipping...

so i dont know what im doing wrong??
