    Where can I find information for a project that would tell me the following;

    what percentage of men;

    can squat over 200lbs and over 300lbs
    can bench over 200lbs and over 300lbs
    can deadlift over 300 lbs
    can do 10 unassisted pullups

    I know I may be stretching to find some of these numbers but any help would be great.

    you're going to have a hard time with this because internet numbers are always fucked... and i imagine the % to be extremely small

    I think a lot of us in F&N can do at least those numbers if not more but most of us have also made weight training and fitness a lifestyle.

    19 people in FN can bench 300+ according to the outdated Excel.

    Who knows what their form is like though. Are they bringing the bar all the way down?

    ibone, after I started olympic training bench turned to a useless exercise but when I went back to bench after 6 months off I was able to rep at 215. The rest is a joke though, my gf who weighs 54kg can squat 97.5kg ass to grass. Thats 214.5lbs for you assholes that will ask

    Thats more than I thought. :rofl:

    And :werd: on the form thing. Also, for PLing... the pause takes a LOT of weight off the bar. At least it does for me.

    so many people have never touched a weight. Any survey on this would be self report data most likely as benchpress and squat especially are movements that need to be learned and teaching any sort of cross-section of the population to do these movements to get accurate data would be hard and expensive and not really beneficial for anybody.

    so in short I don't know

    :uh: I should have clarified for bench, I meant most of us can bench at least 200 lbs.
