that board is VERY nice. I've played with it a little... well.. sorta. Another guy i work with has it on his desk and we were looking at it while he was testing some RAID setup and running some other tests on it.

Get the P4C800E Deluxe, trust me you won't regret it. The intel gigabit has CSA, i didn't end up with the E model just the normal P4C800 Deluxe.

    CSA Features
Theoretical bandwidth of 266Mbytes/sec Approximately twice the peak bandwidth of a 32bit 33MHz bus
Direct connect to the MCH of Intel® 875 chipset Low-latency path to memory and higher platform performance
Relieves congestion for I/O devices connected to the I/O Control Hub (ICH)

Uses only 13 signals Provides easier board routing than comparable PCI based systems
CSA is usable to both system software and the OS Conventional PCI-like configuration

I've got the gigabyte 8ik1100. 875p chipset, firewire, agp8x, lan, usb 2, 1394, 6 ddr400 ram slots, dual bios, sata and regular ide.
Way cheaper than the asus p4c800 deluxe board.

    the gigabyte boards are nice
i'm still leaning towards asus because they have the Q-fan "This unique technology intelligently and automatically adjusts CPU fan speeds according to system load and temperature, enabling users to work in a distraction-free environment with minimal noise."
