Of course most people are taking Whey in some form, or creatine (not everyone of course)... I'm wondering about some of the other stuff F&N peeps are using. I'm going to be putting in an order @ 1fast400 and just wondering if I should include anything else. :x:

I use nothing because my endocrinologist thinks suppliments are messing up my test levels. And it blows

    I used to use :
kre-alkalyn - undecided, I didnt use it long enough to make my decision. I didnt respond well to normal creatine and only used this for a few days before i was told to stop all supplimentation by the endo.

BSL whey : i like ON whey better (most people here prefer the BSL though..) but all in all, good stuff

some ON daily multi's - I feel no different when i took these, but it's nice knowing that im getting a lot of nutrients into my body that i normally would not.

Hydrolyzed whey w/ BSL flavoring - best (hydrolyzed whey is pre-digested so no gas)
    Scivation Xtend - awesome
Creatine Ethyl Ester - better than monohydrate

    E/C -- Good.
Prolab Creatine Monohydrate -- Wouldn't want to workout without it.
ProPerformance Glutamine -- Just finished it a few days ago, definitely getting more soon.
    No2 -- Was taking, garbage, don't bother.
    ISOXP Whey -- Works great.

thnaks for the info. Now I'll definitely be stay away from the hydrolyzed stuff.

Gas, when used right can be a great tool to get teh frat boys to stop doing curls in the squat racks

615 in water, but I rock milk so it ends up being over 1k.

3.5 scoops per serving but it isn't thick when 32oz of whatever is used. And there are actually 21 serving per container unlike a lot of weight gainers I see that have like 11.
