i aint got no damn smellin salt
The red cord... anything
i didnt know sevendust had a newer album
i liked destroy the runner tho
doesn't really exist... its part of the music
the beat sounds like a nintendo game on fast forward
singing is too weird for me
why not lift without music
id probably spaz out and shoot myself.
I would rather listen to alot of shit than not. I just hate listening to pop...
Better? although i prefer their first 3 albums, the new one is still good
I rmember going to 24 hour fitness last year and they'd be blasting some faggy techno... not good trance or anything but the cheesy shit like from Night at the Roxbury or something.
always fucked up my lifts.
My current gym is silent though and I think if I had metal or rap blaring into my ears while i was trying to lift it'd be distracting and actually lessen my ability to give full effort. That's just me though.
Try Bless the Fall. I just picked that CD up and really liked it.
Destroy the Runner is pretty good too.
Jack Johnson - Bubbleytoes
