My friend wants to get into it and I was just wondering what is best for it. Im guessing abs, upperbody, and sprinting would help???? :dunno:

I actually asked this questoin not too long ago for myself. After practicing for about 3 weeks i have noticed that for myself i really need to work on my abs. I struggle to complete the transfer of my body when getting completely upside down. I have been shown some good workouts for this, and hope to improve. Other than this, there are obvious parts where you must be stong, both upper and lower. A strong core seems like hte most important part, however.

I would also recommend throwing in some olympic lifts along with the strength lifts to develop explosive power.
