Personally I'm feeling better than ever and I've been off for a while now.
I guess abs...it takes some serious carb depletion to get them flat and showing, so I now just usually settle in around 9 or 10% and im happy. sucks how im vascular everywhere but my body holds ALL its fat on my belly it seems.
